Artist Bio

Alex Moore, born in Wichita, Kansas, is a mixed-media artist, curator, and educator. Moore received his MFA in visual art from Herron School of Art & Design IUPUI in 2021 and his BFA in painting from Wichita State University, Magna Cum Laude, in 2018. In 2019 Moore served as Curatorial Fellow, assisting Chair of International Studies, Orna Tsultem. This research culminated in exhibitions at the Robert B. Berkshire, Eleanor Prest Reese, and Dorit/Gerald Paul Galleries. Moore has been the Program Manager for Exhibitions at the Indianapolis Art Center since 2022.
